Evergreen Place Supportive Living recognizes the importance of independence, including financial independence.  That is why we believe it is important for you to avoid up-front costs and hidden fees.  We do not require an entrance fee, maintenance fee or long term commitment.  A deposit will hold your preferred apartment and a month to month lease is signed upon move-in.  In specific cases, long term care insurance and benefits can apply.

A financial assistance program through Medicaid is available for those who qualify, making the Evergreen Place lifestyle affordable to all.  If you have concerns about our financial arrangements, but would benefit from our community, please ask our friendly staff for more details about this program.
