Personal choice and options are key to independent living.  Evergreen Place seniors personally choose the amount and type of assistance they would like from our caring staff.  Our supportive living community is designed around our residents.  All residents decide on their own day-to-day activities, spending their time as they please.  Residents of our senior community enjoy independence through choice.

Management Philosophy
At Evergreen Place, we are fully committed to supporting and maintaining the dignity, respect, choice, independence, self-determination, and wellness of our community. As a result, our staff upholds the following philosophical principles in caring for and working with our residents.

Choice and Shared Responsibility
Our residents remain our central focus. We establish a partnership with the resident and their family, allowing them to make choices about their care. The resident is always part of the decision-making process in order to provide them with the utmost control. Our residents can maintain their own independence, requesting as much or as little assistance as needed.

Managed Risk
We do not limit the choices our residents' and their families make. We realize that some choices may bring inherent risks; however, we address these risks with the residents and their families, allowing them to make the final decision.

Service Management
In order to provide the best, personalized elder care for our residents, we conduct an individualized assessment of residents' service needs and preferences. Residents and their families are looked to for input, and from there, we decide on the level of care needed, together.
