Rhonda Morrow, Director

Rhonda Morrow, Director

Rhonda began her journey in 2002 at Heritage Health Normal as a CNA. After realizing her love for seniors, she continued her education with receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the help of the scholarship program through Heritage Enterprises. In 2015, Rhonda became the Director at Evergreen Senior Living in Chillicothe and was able to begin an exciting journey of opening a new assisted living community. There she has been able to watch the community grow into a wonderful family of seniors and provide compassion and exceptional care. She loves the feeling of being part of this great big family, with all the hugs and smiles she receives each day, it's only one example of the great aspects of her job. When not with her Evergreen family she is a wife to an amazing husband, a mother to three wonderful children, and “Grammy” to 10 incredible grandchildren. Rhonda also loves to travel with family, as well as spend time with her church community.


Dawn Graves, Legacy Care Coordinator

Dawn joined the Evergreen Senior Living team as the Legacy Coordinator in March of 2018. Dawn has worked with seniors for 23 years the past 17 years in private duty and the last six years as an administrator. Dawn enjoys all of the residents and knowing that we at Evergreen make a difference in each and everyone of our seniors. She loves spending one-on-one time listening to their stories and getting to know them. Our seniors have so much knowledge and history that they like sharing with other residents and staff. When not at Evergreen Dawn enjoys spending time with her kids and family most of all but also enjoys shopping, volunteering and likes the outdoors whether it is working in the yard or just enjoying a beautiful sunny day.

Diana Kelley, Administrative Service Coordinator

Diana Kelley, Administrative Service Coordinator

Diana is the Administrative Service Coordinator at Evergreen Senior Living. Diana worked in banking management for 32 years before joining the Evergreen Senior Living family when they opened their doors in 2015. The favorite part of her job is interactions with the residents. She loves to hear the residents reminisce about their life and hear all of their stories. She is always saying she is going to write a book with all the one liners that they come up with. When Diana isn’t with her Evergreen family, she loves to read and spend time with her two amazing grandchildren.


Beau Ebenezer, Community Relations Coordinator

Beau joined Evergreen Senior Living as the Community Relations Coordinator in January of 2017. He graduated from Illinois State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. You may recognize him as a former news reporter with the local NBA/ABC affiliate in Peoria. During his time in the news business, he was fortunate to stumble upon Evergreen Senior Living, where he was really inspired by the services and compassion provided to the senior community. Beau grew up in Rock Falls, Illinois but currently resides in Peoria with his wife Alyssa, daughter Fayth, and two dogs, Valentine and Bron. Beau's favorite part of working at Evergreen Senior Living is getting to know the residents and their families, while helping them transition happily into their new home.
Mark O'Connell, Culinary Service Coordinator

Mark O'Connell, Culinary Service Coordinator

Mark joined Evergreen Senior Living as the Culinary Services Coordinator in August of 2015. Prior to working at Evergreen Senior living he was in restaurant management as a general manager for more than 27 years. He was brought up as the son of a U.S. Army officer and had the experience and pleasure of living throughout the United States, experiencing the different food cultures around the country. He enjoys bringing these culinary experiences to the residents and receiving their feedback. He thoroughly enjoys sitting with the residents, when they come to the dining room, and hearing stories about what they did in their younger years. Mark has been married to his lovely wife for 26 years, and has a son, of whom he is very proud. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors whether it is hunting, fishing or working in the yard.


Deborah Schneider, Life Enrichment Coordinator

Deb began her career as a CNA and worked with Washington Christian Village and OSF St. Francis. While employed at OSF she received several certifications and became a Patient Care Technician on the Cardiac Step-down Unit. This is where she found her passion for working with seniors. After nine years of service at OSF, she worked with several senior-based companies in management and business office. It wasn't until accepting this position here with Evergreen Senior Living that she felt she had truly fulfilled her passion. In her words, “There is nothing more gratifying than being able to put a smile on a residents face and know that you are truly making a difference”. Not only does Deb have a passion for working with this group, but she also enjoys time with her husband, kids, dogs and grandbabies. Her and her husband are also very involved with St. Jude and love spending time on their motorcycle to include the St. Jude ride to Memphis.

Colt Knop, Building Serivce Coordinator

Colt Knop, Building Serivce Coordinator

Colt joined the Evergreen Senior Living family when they opened their doors in 2015. Coming from a fabrication background, he previously constructed modular offices, schools, prisons, and hospitals. Colt enjoys being able to use his skills he has acquired over time to ensure that the residents living at Evergreen Senior Living have a beautiful, comfortable and safe building to call home. Colt and his family enjoy motorsports, St. Louis baseball and any outdoor activities.


Christina Davis-Wells, RN, Wellness Coordinator

Christina is the Wellness Coordinator at Evergreen Senior Living. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management. Later she found herself drawn to the clinical side of healthcare and decided to continue her education by obtaining her CNA certificate, practical nurse license, and completing her education as a Registered Nurse, and becoming certified as a resident assessment coordinator. Christina has had the opportunity to work in various areas of healthcare: hospital (billing, home medical, wound care), behavioral health, oncology, cosmetic & plastic surgery, long-term care, rehab to home, and assisted living. Christina joined the Evergreen Senior Living in July of 2018. She is married, with a son and daughter. Away from Evergreen Christina enjoys watching her kiddos in whatever sports they are involved in at the moment.
