Led by our Director, our coordinators and supervisors provide attention to detail in all areas that make Evergreen Place run effectively and efficiently.
Our Wellness Coordinator and Wellness Supervisor take care of the health and wellbeing of our seniors, while our Community Relations Coordinator is available to answer any questions you may have about our community, our services, and amenities, or our support teams.

At Evergreen Place, time is valuable, and our Life Enrichment Coordinator keeps each day lively by planning in-house activities, handles personal shopping, transporting seniors to and from outside activities and events, and more. We pride ourselves on our exceptional Maintenance Team, and we have a Building Services Coordinator dedicated to keeping our campus clean and in phenomenal working order. The coordinator is also responsible for maintenance throughout the entire community.
One of the most decadent services at Evergreen Place is unique culinary experience at Traditions Restaurant, which is always available to our seniors. With a healthy lifestyle being one of our goals, our culinary services coordinator ensures that our drinks, snacks, and restaurant style menu options are prepared to perfection!

My name is Laura Orban and I am the Director of Evergreen Place of Alton. I have been the director since 2013. I am from the small town of Medora, Illinois, a wonderful place to grow up. I currently reside in Alton with my husband and daughter. I’m very proud of our supportive living community within our community of Alton. I have 26 years of experience in assisting seniors with their healthcare and senior living needs. I love making a difference in the lives of the people who make Evergreen Place their home. Our team is committed to exceeding the expectations of our residents and families.

I grew up in Macon, IL and have found myself settled in Maryville, IL with my husband. I am humbled and excited to be a part of the Evergreen Place team. My job duties avail me to help our residents with any billing, financial, and insurance questions. I love giving peace of mind to our residents when it comes to confusing financial matters.
Denise St. Peters, Culinary Coordinator
My name is Denise St. Peters. I have been the Culinary Services Coordinator at Evergreen Place since August 2017. My family and I currently live I Wood River. I love animals and am a diehard Cubs fan. I have 30 plus years of experience working with seniors starting as a dietary aide in high school. I enjoy assisting my staff in providing nutritious meals and strive to make each meal a pleasurable experience.
Bill Ogden, Building Services Coordinator
My name is Bill Ogden. I am very honored to be the Building Services Coordinator here at Evergreen Place. I am responsible for maintenance and housekeeping here. I have been here since 2015 and thoroughly enjoy helping the residents make their living experience a pleasant one.

Whitney lives in Benld with her husband James and son Xzavier who is 9 years old. She has been a nurse for 12 years and has worked for Heritage Health for 9 years. In her free time she likes to bowl, shop and spend time with her family and friends.
