Heritage Family of Care

Heritage Operations Group has the privilege of caring for seniors across the state of Illinois. Our history began in 1960 when local businessmen in Bloomington-Normal had the vision and passion for supporting an ideal model for senior care. The success of one location turned into a second, and a third as demand grew statewide for compassionate, stable, and lovely senior living. Today, with 48 statewide senior care locations, we are so happy to welcome the Champaign-Urbana into our larger community of care.

Country Health Care & Rehab in Gifford, IL, is locally owned and managed by Heritage Operations Group. Here we offer short and long-term care in a lovely setting of compassion. The Pleasant View Apartments are also located on campus for convenience.

Colonial Manor in Danville, IL, is the result of a joint venture with Carle Foundation Hospital. The location has been expanded over the years to accommodate the communities need for skilled care and therapy services.
