At Evergreen Place Supportive Living, our team of dedicated, compassionate caregivers cover an array of specialties, bringing expertise and joy to Streator.
I have been the Director here at Evergreen Place since 2017. I am married and have a son and a daughter who keep me very busy outside of work. I have worked in long-term care since 2003 and have been a Business Office Manager, Community Relations Coordinator, and Regional Marketing Director and I absolutely love working with seniors. I am very blessed to be a part of this great team at Evergreen Place, serving the seniors in our community. I look forward to helping you and showing you all the wonderful services Supportive Living offers!
I come to Evergreen Place with over 35 years with the Heritage Operations family. I started my career with Heritage Health in dietary and since then have navigated through my nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Registered Nurse, a MDS Coordinator, an Assistant Nursing Director and now the Wellness Coordinator here at Evergreen Place. Outside of work I have two boys that keep me very busy running to and from various sporting events. I am excited to be continuing my career with Heritage Operations Group.
I am the Wellness Supervisor here at Evergreen Place and I’ve been with Heritage Operations Group for over 26 years with over 20 years of nursing experience. Outside of work, my 4 children keep me very busy. We enjoy spending quality time together as well as traveling. I enjoy taking care of others and I am excited to get to know our residents more and more each day.
I started in 2017 as the Life Enrichment Coordinator here at Evergreen Place. I loved bringing the “fun” to our residents here and getting to know each one of them on a personal level. I now enjoy helping our future residents with their transition to Evergreen as well as assisting our current residents with their business office needs. Outside of work, my daughter keeps me on my toes and pretty busy.
I am the Building Service Coordinator here at Evergreen Place. I have been married since 2019 and we spend a lot of our time outside of work working on things around our house and spending time with our 2 daughters. I really enjoy landscaping and yardwork and love having the opportunity to beautify Evergreen Place for our residents. I have lived in Streator my whole life and enjoy giving back to our community. I am Vice President for “Light Up Streator” and sit on the 4th of July committee, which also keep me very busy outside of work. I look forward to getting to know more about our residents and helping them along the way.
I began my career in the Food Service Industry in 1995. I have always enjoyed serving others and love helping our residents here at Evergreen Place. I currently live in Streator with my husband and our dog. Outside of work, I enjoy playing BINGO and traveling to Texas. I am excited to be a part of this Evergreen Family.
I have been the Community Relations Coordinator here at Evergreen Place since 2018. I currently reside in Ottawa on our family farm. My husband and I stay very busy with our daughter and a whole house full of animals. I enjoy getting to know new people and establishing a trusting relationship with them. I am so grateful for the many faces I get to meet through my position here at Evergreen Place. My favorite part of my job is learning all about our current and future residents and the lives they have lived.
I started with Heritage Operations Group in 2017 as a Caregiver and in 2019, I transferred to Evergreen Place. Along with spending time with my husband, Daniel and our two daughters, I also enjoy reading and playing board games. I love games, crafts, and themed parties, so being Life Enrichment Coordinator just suits me. I am thankful to be a member of this Evergreen family and look forward to having fun daily with our residents.
I am the receptionist here at Evergreen Place. I have worked in the healthcare industry since 1996. I previously worked in the Emergency Department at the Center for Health here in Streator. My husband and daughter take up my time outside of work. I look forward to serving you in whatever way I can. My favorite part of my job is interacting with the residents and their families.
