Adam Martinez, Director

Hello! I am Adam Martinez, Director for Castle Manor in Lincoln. I am from Springfield, attended Springfield High, and studied Sports Management and Coaching while playing both basketball and baseball for MacMurray College in Jacksonville. I have been blessed to be married to my wife Erin for 11 years, who I share four children with Mason, Cali, Kiya, and Meadow. I have an extensive and successful career prior in Hospitality working as General Manager for Hilton properties and the State House Inn in Springfield. My passion is my family, sports, hospitality, and helping others anyway that I can. Working at Castle Manor is a great opportunity for me to provide leadership through my years of experience in team leading and enhance our overall hospitality to better serve each of our residents and the surrounding community. I truly am excited to be apart of Heritage and Castle Manor and getting to meet and work with such amazing people!

Leslie Doty, Wellness Supervisor

My name is Leslie Doty and I am thrilled to be at Castle Manor. This is a wonderful place to work! I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years, and have worked in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, doctor’s offices, Immediate Care, schools, and home care.  I have been married to my husband for 29 years, and we have two adult daughters who are each married. We live and work on a family farm near McLean, IL. When not at work I enjoy serving at church, farming with my husband, cooking, working in my vegetable garden, and caring for our home and pets.  It a privilege to care for residents of Castle Manor.

Julie Parker, Coordinator

Julie Parker, CRC

My name is Julie Parker, my most recent past work experience has been as a Personal Development Coach. I always want the best for people, so I can't think of a better place to work than Castle Manor. Serving the Senior population in Lincoln and the surrounding area is so rewarding… we can learn so much from them if we take the time to form those relationships and listen to their life experience.

When my husband and I aren't working, we often spend time with our children and grandchildren. In addition, we are committed to serving in our local church.

Amber Bone, Culinary Services Coordinator

I began my career with Castle Manor in 2013 as a part time server and cook, and quickly found Castle Manor to be my home away from home. In 2015 I became Culinary Services Supervisor and In July of 2018 I moved up to Culinary Services Coordinator. I enjoy my family of Castle Manor coworkers as well as the wonderful people we serve every day. I am thankful for the time I have spent getting to know our residents and developing relationships I will value forever. I am passionate about maintaining a clean and friendly environment and providing delicious meals for our residents and friends to enjoy. As a breast cancer survivor I value every day I have been given with my husband and our three children.Together we enjoy making memories with family and friends where there will always be laughter, good times and of course food!

I have worked in healthcare for many years beginning as a dietary server then changing for several years to work in the banking field. I have found my way to Castle Manor working with all aspects of Human resources and maintaining resident trusts and well as working with financial situations that residents may have. Working in healthcare is a very fulfilling experience. I find it very rewarding getting closer to the residents and their families. Everyone is considered a family at Castle Manor.
