At Evergreen Place, our team of highly trained and compassionate professionals to assist, care, support, nurture, and encourage seniors to enjoy life through our multifaceted programs.
The oversight of our senior living campus and team are the responsibility of Director Amy Williams. Since 2008, she has been part of the Evergreen Senior Living community. In 2012, she became our director. With assistance from our coordinators, she maintains Evergreen Place as a positive and lovely community of seniors.

I have been with Evergreen Place since October 2008 and the director since October 2012. I have lived in Litchfield my entire life. Evergreen was my first experience with seniors and I have never regretted the career change. My favorite part of my job is visiting with the residents and their families.
Katrina Eifling, RN, Wellness Coordinator
I was raised in Southern California before moving to Illinois. I have worked at Evergreen Place for nearly 6 years and have been a nurse for 18 years. I am married, have 3 children, 2 stepchildren, a son in law and 6 beautiful grandchildren. My favorite past time is spending time with my family…..especially my grandkids. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know the residents and listening to their stories.
Miranda Bearden, Community Relations Coordinator
Hello! My name is Miranda Bearden, and I am so excited to be Evergreen Place’s new Community Relations Coordinator. I am from Girard, IL and I love being a small town gal. I recently graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration. I enjoy fishing, boating, reading, spending time with loved ones, and traveling when I get the chance. I am excited to enhance our relationships with community partners, plan exciting events, and show others why Evergreen Place is a wonderful home for our residents.
Kathryn Webb, Culinary Services Coordinator
Kathryn is from Mt. Olive where she lives with her husband Richard. She previously worked at Randy’s Market for 13 years as the assistant manager. She decided the grocery business wasn’t where she wanted to be and took a new career path to work in the food industry as a cook. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her 3 nieces and 1 nephew. She looks forward to having the opportunity to cook some tasty meals for our residents at Evergreen Place.
Megan Eller, Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator
I started working at Evergreen Place in February 2019. I grew up in Mount Olive where I graduated high school, while working as an Activity Assistant. I then became a Certified Nursing Assistant. In my free time, I love watching my two children, Peyton and Amias grow and develop their own little personalities. I also LOVE MINNESOTA VIKINGS!!! As the Life Enrichment Coordinator, I enjoy planning daily activities and weekly trips for our residents.
Sherri Gutierrez, Administrative Services Coordinator
My husband and I live in Hillsboro. Together, we have four children and five grandchildren. I have worked at Evergreen Place since March 2015 and I love it here. I have 20 years of long-term care experience. I also have a certificate in long-term care administration. My favorite part of my job is activities, spending time with and getting to know my Evergreen family. I am honored to be a part of this team.
Byron Sharp, Building Services Coordinator
My name is Byron Sharp. I started working at Evergreen Place in Litchfield, IL as the Building Services Coordinator in August 2015. I have previously worked in the construction and maintenance field my entire life. Being born and raised in Litchfield, it is nice to see familiar faces and make new friends with all the residents as well as the staff.
