Administrative Services Coordinator
Each team’s coordinator is responsible for handling most of the clerical and accounting tasks. This person is also responsible for answering the telephone, directing visitors and is the human resources contact for the team.
Building Services Coordinator
All general repairs and maintenance necessary to keep each community in good operating condition, are handled by the Building Services Coordinator.
The director is responsible for the overall operation of the community. This responsibility includes making sure the campus is operated in accordance with all company, state, and federal rules and regulations. The director is also involved in the initial assessment process and is the person to contact if other attempts to resolve a conflict have been unsuccessful.
Culinary Services Coordinator
This person strives to provide a variety of delicious meals while satisfying the nutritional needs and food preferences of our residents. The coordinator oversees all daily operations in Food Services and directs the kitchen staff.
Community Relations Coordinator
This professional is responsible for developing business relationships within the community to promote our community and its services. This person is also vital to the residents as they go through the move-in process.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
The Coordinator plans, organizes and implements a schedule of activities designed to meet the emotional and physical needs of each senior.
This person is a registered nurse in the State of Illinois or Indiana, and is responsible for overseeing all service delivery to our residents. This includes initial assessments, screening of the residents and also encompasses the training and direction of all team members.
